The tenants will be asked to pay a maximum holding fee of one weeks rent from 1st June 2019.

Checks will consist of the following:

  • Identity
  • Immigration and visa confirmation
  • Financial credit
  • Obtaining references from current or previous employers
  • Obtaining landlord's references

Tenants Damage Deposit:

Your deposit covers any property damage. This will be protected in a Government-authorised scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy providing no damage has occurred during the rental period. 

Fees During your tenancy:

As part of our managed service we do not charge tenants for any rental lease renewals, lease amendments or any check out fees at the end of the tenancy.

Future Landlord reference fees:

If and when the time comes and you decide to move on to another property, First Class Residential will provide your new landlord with a reference without charge. 

Our Reference Checks and what is expected from you:

Depending on your personal circumstances, typically the checks that we carry out include: 

  • Confirmation of your identity.
  • Credit Check.
  • Obtain references from your previous landlords and employers.
